No charge, nothing to prepare. You walk us through how the work actually gets done today. We mark the parts that shouldn't need a person, and say plainly whether there is enough there to be worth building.
Fixed proposal
One document: what gets built, in what order, by when, for one price. If we underestimated something, that comes out of our margin, not your invoice.
Build and handover
We build it and test it on your real cases, the awkward ones included. Then it goes live inside your own accounts, and we walk your team through running it.
Monthly support
Optional. You can cancel at the end of any month, and there is no minimum term. We keep an eye on it, fix what breaks, and make minor changes when your process changes.

Studying mechatronics engineering in Germany taught me how to make systems run with absolute precision and set strict rules on what machines are allowed to do unsupervised. Automating a business process requires that same discipline, without the hardware.
Having built with AI across startups and German engineering consultancies, I'm realistic about what it can do. I know where AI excels and where it should never operate alone. Your invoices and customer data are no place for software that guesses.

What happens to your data
Almost anything worth automating touches something that matters: your customer records, your orders, your prices, your internal documents. That is the most valuable thing in the business, so it is worth being exact about.
You own the accounts
Everything is built inside accounts in your name, on your billing. If we stop working together, nothing switches off and there is nothing that has to be handed back.
Your data isn't our product
We don't sell it, we don't share it, and we don't train AI models on it. Your customer list is used to run your business and nothing else.
It never guesses
Where the system isn't sure, it stops and flags it for a person. It won't fill in an answer that only looks right. In a customer record or on an invoice, that is the expensive kind of mistake.
You get it in writing
Before go-live you get a written list of what data the system touches, where each part of it sits, and who can reach it. That is also the answer you need on hand if one of your own customers ever asks where their details are kept.
